Bill Comment

It is common to find comment lines in a BOQ. Comments can be added for various reasons, but in most cases they are used to provide some additional data about the items below them. Trimble Quest provides a bill comment data element that can be inserted anywhere in a BOQ. Each bill comment has an item Number, a payment clause, and a description. Any meaningful text can be added in these fields. Once again, these fields do not have to be unique and they are not compulsory.
