Step 2 - Populate the Measurement Quantities
So, now I have my measurement column switched on and I can populate the quantities for that column by switching on table edit at the bottom right of the screen and typing in my quantities. Trimble Quest will then calculate what my net amount for that populated quantity is, which in this case is what I should have spent up until that point on the specific line item, given the work that I have completed:
You also have the option of selecting +Import at the bottom left and then selecting the Update Bill Columns from file option. This allows you to update a measurement quantity column directly from an Excel file.
