Step 3 - Create and Insert a Blank Pricing Sheet

If you are pricing a line item for which you do not have a pricing sheet already created in your data source, it is very simple to create and insert a blank pricing sheet. You follow exactly the same process as above in Step 1, but instead of selecting a pricing sheet from the list, simply click on the blue Create & Insert Worksheet button. This will insert a blank pricing sheet which you can then edit in the same way as above.

It is also possible to add blank pricing sheets to all of the line items when importing your BOQ, which is useful to do if you know you will be creating new pricing sheets for most of the items in the BOQ.

This can be done by following the instructions in Step 3 - Import the Bid Items from Excel and then switching on the Create New Worksheets For Imported Bill Items button in the bottom left corner of the BOQ importer.
