Store Custom Reports

Having created a useful report, users may wish to store its layout as a report that can be accessed again without having to reapply filters and add columns. The example report is now be stored as follows, as shown in Figure: Materials Allowable Report:

  1. Click on the “Reports” action tab.

  2. Click on “Save as” at the bottom of the pane. The "Create Resource Report" wizard will be displayed.

  3. Enter a name for the report. Additional print settings can be switched on according to preference, which will be stored with the report.

  4. Click "Save", after which the "Materials Allowable Report" becomes visible in the table of available reports of the "Reports" action tab.

The report can now be drawn at any time simply by opening the "Reports" action tab and clicking on it.
