Step 6 - Apply the Adjudication

In the final step, you can apply the adjudication by clicking on the blue Apply Adjudication button at the bottom right of the supplier adjudication screen. This will give you the following three options:

Lowest quotes among all suppliers will give you a mixed basket of the lowest quoted rates for each resource, which can be from different suppliers. Alternatively, you can select the supplier with the lowest quoted total or select a specific supplier irrespective of what their quoted rates were.

Applying this adjudication will then update the resource allowables on the relevant resources, with the quoted rates selected from the adjudication, which will then also automatically update the net rates for any line items on your BOQ where the worksheet contains one of those resources (your selling rate will remain the same).
