Copy/Paste

If two worksheets only share partial similarities, then the copy/paste functionality can be used to quickly transfer line items between worksheets. Simply open a worksheet from which the information needs to be copied, select the items to copy by using the checkboxes next to the resource components, and use the kebab menu option “Copy Selection to Clipboard” as shown in Figure: Copy / Paste within worksheets. Open the new worksheet to which the information should be copied to and pasted from the clipboard by using the kebab menu in the column header next to the “Item Name”. The copied items will now appear in the new worksheet where users can make changes without affecting any other worksheets. In this example, the "BOQ Item Editor" was used. However, the Worksheet Editor can be used in exactly the same way.
